My Story

A diverse background and a profound commitment to personal growth and healing have shaped my journey into life coaching. After initially pursuing a Master's in Art Therapy, my path shifted due to family and financial responsibilities, leading me to study Social Psychology and Counseling. This journey took me from architecture and painting in my Fine Arts degree to becoming an ERYT500 yoga instructor and eventually a Certified Performance Leadership Coach.

 

Throughout my career, I've navigated various roles: from running my own international art business and curating for The German Centre to managing yoga studios and facilitating workshops in corporate settings. These experiences underscored my passion for using art and yoga as therapeutic tools, bridging communication gaps and fostering healing in individuals and families.

 

A pivotal moment arose during my tenure as a yoga studio manager, which forced closure amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. This period of reflection led me to confront burnout and sparked a deep interest in life coaching, which I had initially encountered through the transformational story of a yoga teacher turned coach. This newfound passion drove me to pursue formal training as a Certified Performance Leadership Coach (ACSTH), marking a major turning point in my career trajectory.

 

My philosophy centres on the belief that every individual possesses an innate potential for growth and fulfilment. I approach coaching holistically, integrating mind, body, and spirit to empower clients through self-awareness, self-acceptance, and actionable strategies. Whether supporting clients through divorce, anxiety, career transitions, or personal development my goal is to foster lasting transformation and help clients achieve balanced, meaningful lives.

 

Looking ahead, my vision is to expand my coaching practice by integrating advanced techniques and collaborating with professionals across disciplines. I aspire to offer individual coaching, online courses, and a supportive community where individuals can thrive and inspire one another. This journey has taught me invaluable lessons in resilience, continuous learning, and the profound impact of guiding others towards their highest potential.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a transformative process that moves you from your current state to where you want to be through a creative and conversational approach. It is a partnership with you, providing a non-judgmental and psychologically safe space for exploration in complete confidentiality. Through this process, you can overcome barriers, conquer doubts and fears, and take steps closer to your dreams. Coaching encourages creative thinking, helping you find your own solutions and achieve personal and professional growth.

My coaching practice centres on nurturing a trusting and collaborative relationship where you feel safe to openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals. Through the coaching process, I help you identify and overcome barriers, develop self-awareness, and tap into your own potential. I believe that you possess the inherent ability to find your own solutions to your own challenges.

 

My role is to provide guidance, support, and a conducive environment for your self-discovery and personal growth, empowering you to take meaningful actions toward your personal and professional aspirations. Integrating yoga wisdom, I emphasize mindfulness, balance, and holistic well-being, ensuring your journey includes physical, mental, and emotional dimensions.

 

By fostering accountability and encouraging ownership, I help you take responsibility for your progress and stay committed to your goals, providing the necessary support to keep you on track and motivated throughout your transformational journey.

As this is not a one-size-fits-all, each coaching journey is specifically tailored based on the client’s needs. 

  • I am based in Singapore, working across multiple time zones as my clients span from Asia to Europe. 

  • The coaching sessions can be provided in English, Malay and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • The coaching sessions are conducted virtually over Google Meet. 

  • Additional support is offered over email, and WhatsApp. 

  • The coaching practice abides by the ICF Code of Ethics.

What Coaching is Not.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or consulting. It does not focus on diagnosing or treating mental health issues. Coaching is not about giving advice or providing direct solutions to problems. It is not a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all approach, and it does not involve the coach making decisions for the client. Instead, coaching empowers individuals to find their own answers and take actionable steps toward their goals.
